Refund policy

To start an exchange, you can contact us at silikstore@gmail.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be discussed with silikstore management, on a case by case scenario (damages, defected goods, etc). If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how we will process your item. 

We have a 2-day exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

All electrical equipment are subject to exchange only if defective, within 2 days.

Exchanging Defected, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:

In the event of product return due to defects, damages, or incorrect item receipt, we assume full responsibility for associated delivery charges. However, should you opt to exchange a product without any defects or damages from our end, any supplementary delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
